You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. You grant TopGrade Humanizer a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your text solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your input or output.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Always review AI-generated content before submitting it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopGrade Humanizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a court of competent jurisdiction.
