Refund Policy

Subscriptions
All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as described below.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if:
- You experienced a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service.
- You were charged in error.
- You are a first-time subscriber and have not exceeded 1,000 words of AI-processed output.
How to Request
Email support@topgradehumanizer.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the refund. Requests are processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period, but no partial refund is issued for unused days.
