Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account data: email address, hashed password (via Supabase Auth).
Usage data: word counts, tool used, timestamps, IP address (for anonymous rate-limiting).
Document data: input and output text saved to your history (authenticated users only).
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Service.
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your submitted text to train AI models.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Backups are retained for 7 days. Document history is kept until you delete it or close your account.

4. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (session token) issued by Supabase. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication.
OpenAI — AI processing. Your text is sent to OpenAI's API. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@topgradehumanizer.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
