Getting Started
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. You can use any tool without signing up. Anonymous users get up to 300 words per day. Creating a free account raises that to 1,000 words per day and unlocks document history.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top navigation, enter your email and a password, then confirm your email via the link we send you.
Which tools are available?
AI Humanizer, Paraphraser, Grammar Checker, Summarizer, and Citation Generator. All tools are available on the free plan.
Using the Tools
What is the character limit per request?
The Humanizer, Paraphraser, and Grammar Checker accept up to 3,000 characters per request. The Summarizer and Citation Generator accept up to 5,000 characters.
What writing modes are available?
The Humanizer and Paraphraser offer: Formal, Academic, Natural, Simple, Shorter, and Expanded. The Summarizer offers: Paragraph, Bullet Points, Short Summary, and Detailed Summary. The Citation Generator supports APA, MLA, Harvard, and Vancouver.
Can I use the tools in Arabic?
Yes. Switch the interface to Arabic using the language toggle in the navigation bar. The AI will respond in the same language as your input when possible.
Why is my output sometimes short or incomplete?
This can happen with very long inputs near the character limit. Try splitting your text into smaller sections and processing each separately.
Word Limits & Plans
When does my daily word limit reset?
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Monthly limits (for paid plans) reset on your billing anniversary date.
What counts as a word?
Each space-separated token in your input text counts as one word. Output length does not affect your quota.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the Pricing page and click the plan you want. You will be taken to a secure checkout. Your plan is upgraded immediately on payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Account & Privacy
Where is my document history saved?
Documents are saved to your account automatically after each successful request. You can view and delete them from your Dashboard.
Is my text shared or used to train AI?
No. Your submitted text is sent to the AI provider (OpenAI) for processing only. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@topgradehumanizer.com with the subject "Delete Account" from your registered email address. We will process the request within 5 business days.
